OmLife Health Clinic will be offering several vaccination clinics once again this year in our district. We are grateful for their partnership!


They will have the following COVID vaccinations available:

• Prime Series and Bivalent (Omicron) Boosters - 3rd and 4th doses as per CDC guidelines.  CDC Booster Information

Pfizer (Bivalent and Prime series) 12+ years
Moderna (Bivalent and Prime series) 18+ years
Novamax 18+ years    

• TDAP and other childhood vaccines for 12-18 years.
  
  
• Flu vaccines
  

Students under 17 must have a parent, guardian, or legal representative present at the clinic. All individuals must be registered prior to the event. OmLife cannot take walk-ups for any of these events. Click the links below for information on how to register for specific dates!
