Superintendent John McCrossin is proud to welcome the latest members to our district's leadership team: Paula McPhee, Endeavour Intermediate's new principal and Ben Ramirez, Assistant Superintendent for Secondary. Earlier in the summer Kevin Alfano, Endeavour's former principal, was named Assistant Superintendent for Elementary.

Ms. McPhee comes to Fife via Cherry Crest Elementary School in Bellevue where she was the principal for two years. She has an extensive background in mathematics instruction serving as a math specialist and coach in Kent and as a part of Puget Sound ESD's Math Helping Corp. She also has taught grades 3, 4, and 5.

Mr. Ramirez has most currently served as the principal of A. C. Davis High School in Yakima for the past five years. Under his leadership Davis High has seen numerous successes and was recently recognized as one of the top 3 high schools n Washington to decrease the achievement gap among students of color. He previously has been an assistant principal, staff development coordinator, and social studies teacher.

Welcome to Fife Ms. McPhee and Mr. Ramirez; we're thrilled to have you as part of our team!
